Primary Year 3/ EAL teacher - EGYPT

 Primary EAL teacher. Teachers who ahve experience of working as a KS2 teacher in the UK or in a similar school overseas are highly welcome to apply.
 

• 262 students from 24 countries from 4-19 yrs.
• The school is on three sites all within a five minute walk.  The Secondary site is a four storey building with a playground on the roof.
• Accommodation is provided by the school and is adjacent to the school.
• Medical insurance is provided.
• There is one yearly return ticket to the UK provided.
• The salary is approximately 2000 GBR per month, 25% paid in local currency.  This income is untaxed.
• The cost of living in Egypt is substantially lower than the UK.

Teachers who are UK trained will be highly desired by the school, although Australians, and New Zealnd trained teachers are welcomed to apply. Especially with UK experience.

The school offers a fantastic salary, accommodation 10 minutes from school, flights at the beginning and end of contract and medical insurance.

Suitable candidates will have experience of teaching the UK or in a British school overseas  and must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.  You must be a fully qualified state certified teacher who has completed either an initial teacher training degree, or a subsequent post graduate recognised teaching qualification, e.g. PGCE. And have expereince of management within an English department
